RealVNC support has been no help and I can't find any parameters of any kind set to 10 minutes. My only indication there is a problem is the seconds on the server clock display stops updating after 10 minutes.

The RealVNC auto reconnect option is set to true and there is no entries in vncviewer.log. The F8 popup key still works and sometimes the refresh option causes RealVNC to reconnect but I usually have to close the connection and reconnect. The RealVNC viewer stops updating the screen after 10 minutes. I have been using RealVNC because TigerVNC and TightVNC does not scale the image properly to fill the screen. This application is a view only kiosk with no keyboard/mouse/touchscreen input. I have been working for a couple of days trying to make a dedicated VNC viewer client with a Raspberry Pi 3B+.
